An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Trainer on a 12 month FTC to cover a Maternity contract. Reporting to Operations & Talent Development Manager, this role will play a key part in ensuring that all the Operations teams have the skills and capabilities required to act as a Customer Champion.
•Responsible for the delivery of induction programmes across the Operations teams to ensure colleagues are equipped to deliver positive customer outcomes (operationally and behaviourally)
•Responsible for the delivery of training within the BAU environment which supports regulatory and operational changes
•Work with Manager - Operations Talent Development to identify training needs to shape the long-term development calendar
•Support the development of management capabilities across operations to ensure we deliver strong colleague and customer outcomes
•Evaluate the effectiveness of training to ensure programmes are fit for purpose and ensure training has been embedded and is yielding the stated results
•Adhere to the defined governance for all training materials
•Support the wider Talent Team to embed companywide initiatives
My client is fairly open minded to background, but essentially you must have experience of delivering impactful inductions, development interventions – either face to face or online.
As this is operations client group including contact centres, there may be an expectation to travel to site.
