Network HR have been retained to appoint a Head of Human Resources for scale up technology business based in central London.

As an Executive Committee member you will partner with the CEO to design and deliver a progressive HR agenda to support the international growth of the business. Whilst the role is generalist in its remit, there will be a key focus on Talent, Diversity and Inclusion, Performance Improvement and scale-up activities linked to M&A, Strategic Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition interventions.

The successful post holder will have a proven track record of being an inspiring leader who has sat in the number 1 position within HR. You will have reported into the CEO or Board and will have a natural leadership style. In order to be eligible for this position, we will be looking for demonstrable experience in the following areas:

• Technology/Fintech background is necessary for this appointment.
• Experience of establishing and growing a high performing HR function to meet the demands of a growing business
• Remco knowledge and experience
• Clear ability to translate business direction into specific team and individual job expectations, managing performance through effective monitoring, coaching, and feedback
• A proven track record in helping businesses to deliver operational plans to time and within budget through appropriate staffing, budget, and resource management
• Up to date knowledge of employment laws and best practice across UK, EMEA & APAC.
• Experience in setting up and managing employee reward programmes which may include bonuses, options, and restricted equity schemes
• A leadership ability to effectively lead both local and remote teams

The following professional experience will be highly advantageous for this appointment:

• Leadership of successful integration of acquisitions
• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in people management
