An internally established B2B organisation is seeking a People & Culture Manager to provide a comprehensive generalist service to the business.
With 60 UK based employees – and 1200 internationally – this role has been newly created following structural changes and will provide you with the real chance to make a positive impact across the business. Working closely with the General Manager and a reporting line in to the VPHR, you will ensure that the UK business has a forward thinking, proactive HR function that can add value in a commercial context.
Working with Group you will be responsible for ensuring HR policies, processes and procedures are fit for purpose to the UK business whilst taking ownership of a range of generalist projects, including D&I, Succession Planning, HRIS, Recruitment, M&A/Integration activity.
This role will suit someone who is highly inquisitive and very much a self-starter, that is always looking at the business from a CI perspective, and can navigate a complex landscape.
