Part Time HR Coordinator (20 hours per week)
A highly reputable FMCG business has an urgent requirement for a highly capable, self-sufficient HR Coordinator to join on a part time basis.
With this business being a 24/7 operation, please note that my client requires a HR Coordinator that can work Monday – Friday from 17:00 – 21:00 (there may be a small element of flexibility for the start time).
Due to the recent pandemic, my client has seen rapid growth and expansion and with a night shift starting from 17:00, a decision has been made by the business that a HR professional is now required to be available for part of this shift.
Working in a highly generalist capacity, you will deal with a range of HR issues including recruitment, on-boarding/induction, ER issues etc. Whilst you will work in a standalone capacity you will have the rest of the HR team available for support, so if there are complex issues at hand, the ‘day’ HR team will be available to pick these up.
