£50,000 - £58,000 per annum

Network HR are working exclusively with a high-touch financial services firm to support with the hire of a HR Policy and Governance Manager to join their closely-knit, high performing team whilst reporting into the HR COO.

Responsibilities will include but aren’t limited to;
• Hold responsibility for all associated SMCR administration
• Take ownership of the periodic people reporting
• Oversee compliance and risk assessments
• Follow up on compliance monitoring reports and imbed the necessary outputs determined from this process
• Liaise with and work closely alongside 2nd and 3rd line of defence
• Act as the first point of contact for any HR related actions resulting from compliance and risk processes

The successful candidate will hold the below experience and knowledge;
• Strong ability to analyse data, document trends and create reports to be presented by the executive committee
• Natural ability and interest in understanding how regulation, legislation and policies apply to and determine HR processes
• Must have previous experience in policy writing / re-writing
• Strong working knowledge of SMCR as it applies to HR process
• Prior, recent experience working within financial services in a similar, HR Operations type role
• Good understanding and experience in updating policies as a result of changes in regulation and advice
• HR governance and controls experience / appreciation
