Network HR are delighted to have been retained to be working alongside a highly reputable and well regarded Housing business who, due to constant evolution, is now seeking an experienced Talent Recruiter to join their close knit HR team.

JOB PURPOSE

The successful Talent Recruiter will report into the Talent Manager and Talent Business Partner and will be responsible for recruiting into the Care sector. You will have responsibility of running the recruitment process from end to end, this will include attraction strategies, onboarding and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will come from either an inhouse or agency background and will have a proven track record of managing a high-volume workload and demanding work environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for delivery of end-to-end recruitment to a successful conclusion for various vacancies and business sectors, managing a portfolio of up to pay band 5 where required (Direct sourcing and vacancy planning).
• Use and maximize direct sourcing channels to deliver quality hires in line with defined recruitment measures.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process until fully on-boarded in a way that strengthens and conveys a positive employer brand (Positive candidate management).
• Responsible for ensuring all advertised vacancies have the correct job descriptions and/or advert.
• Agree and direct Hiring managers with end-to-end campaign planning for our volume areas of the business.
• Act as the point of contact for hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, offering support and guidance as required (Stakeholder Management).
• Develop strong working relationships with the wider HR team, including HRSS, HRBP's and Advisors and Hiring Managers.
• Confidently deliver direct sourcing activities to future talent bank and actively manages this bank to keep candidates engaged (Talent Acquisition).
• Understand and be compliant with data protection (GDPR) and recruitment related policies.
• Undertake a range of administrative and other duties within HR Recruitment according to the demands of the business operation.
• Coach and develop line managers in all aspects of Cornerstone ATS.
• Actively work alongside the Talent Acquisition Partners to ensure that vacancy fulfilment is in line with agreed recruitment metrics and KPIs.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Experience of recruiting into Care would be advantageous
• Proven experience of running end to end recruitment campaigns/processes
• Strong stakeholder management
• Excellent communication/written skills
• 12 months experience in a Recruiter role
