Executive Network Group have been exclusively assigned to support the hire of an experienced HR Manager / People Manager for a global workplace consultancy/real estate organisation, specifically this HR Manager / People Manager will be working with the corporate & head office functions of the business.
Sitting with a small team within Human Resources, the People Manager / HR Manager role is a critical member of the Divisional function, responsible for liaising with Line Managers in areas such as absence, ER, performance management and OD.
The successful People Manager / HR Manager must meet the following essential requirements before submitting your application:
Experience managing TUPE transfers
Experience working with Trade Unions
Experience working within an Ulrich Business Partnering model
Comprehensive understanding of Employment Law
Exposure to highly commercial/corporate environments
A strong generalist background - with exposure to complex ER cases, Performance Management, Resourcing/Talent Management etc.
Ability & willingness to travel across the UK (ad-hoc) but mainly London
