Talent Acquisition Specialist
6 month FTC
London – hybrid working
Network HR are working exclusively with a Financial Services organisation that are looking to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, on a 6 month FTC. This contract will have a primary focus on Tech & Digital recruitment to support the build out of over 100 requisitions.
The nature of the role will include direct resourcing and strong stakeholder engagement skills (up to Exco level). You will be a part of an experienced recruitment team, currently achieving 20-25 perm hires per month across tech, change and digital.
•Advertising and attraction sourcing strategy for (Change and Digital) capability across the business, both reactive and passive, working closely with the Lead – Talent Acquisition utilising innovative and commercially viable techniques
•Working closely as a key part of discipline specific team, driving direct attraction with a team-based target and KPIs that cover non-agency usage, gender balance, and time to hire targets.
•Work collectively with Lead - Talent Acquisition on assessment and selection design (CVP/EVP considerations)
•Completion of front-end assessments, ensuring best in class candidate experience
•Provision of constructive feedback to unsuccessful candidates (both internal and external)
•Management of assessment and interview schedule, working closely with other Talent Acquisition team members and management to ensure adequate resource available
•Work collectively with stakeholders and Lead – Talent Acquisition to identify and mitigate any issues relating to volume and flow of candidates for specific vacancies
•Assisting with facilitation of assessments, ensuring best in class candidate experience
•Liaison with 1st tier PSL Contact Centre recruitment agencies, ensuring appropriate levels of service and brand representation (where required)
•Effectively prioritising vacancies based on business requirements
•Maintaining a monitoring process to identify status of all applications and provide weekly status reports on progress
•Support the coaching and developing of assessment techniques for Management (as required), providing constructive feedback and development
•Talent pooling of candidates through various TA related recruitment events and social campaigns (College presentations, job fairs, open days etc)
•Experience of working within a fast paced and multi-faceted department with a keen eye for detail and understanding of when to escalate potential challenges
•Experience of recruiting in the tech space technical (Microsoft Stack/ java/ c++ C#/ Cloud platform/python etc)
•Good understanding of the latest and most relevant tools for attracting candidates
•Knowledge and experience of ATS and other TA focused databases and systems
•Understanding of GDPR compliance in relation to Talent Acquisition data
•Experience of liaising and communicating with Manager level individuals adapting communication style as appropriate
