Reward and Engagement Specialist



An internationally recognised Manufacturing business has a requirement for a Reward and Engagement Specialist to join at this highly exciting time.

In this role will be responsible for providing support and expertise on Reward and Engagement related issues, utilising management information and developing solutions.

Working as part of an established HR team, reporting in to the Plant HR Manager with a dotted line in to the Head of Reward, you will be responsible for proactively developing Reward and Engagement processes and line manager capability in these areas to ensure effectiveness in the leadership and management of teams and drive desired performance outcomes.

You will work with key stakeholders to ensure that Reward and Engagement remains high on the agenda on site, utilising results of Engagement Surveys to roll out necessary actions, and to ensure that the Group Reward strategy is implemented at a site level.

To be considered for this role you must be:

Level 5 CIPD qualified (or working towards);

Highly analytical and be able to evidence how you apply this as HR/Reward practitioner;

Experienced in working within a fast paced manufacturing/engineering business;

Experienced with Hay Job Evaluation methodology.

A highly capable Reward professional who is keen to expand develop generalist skill set.
