Employee Engagement Officer (Part Time)

Wolverhampton

£15,000 - £24,000 pro rata



A leading and highly regarded manufacturing business is seeking a highly capable Employee Engagement Officer to take a lead role in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.



With the business already utilising a number of engagement initiatives this role will be responsible for maintaining, developing and improving these to ensure the culture of the business is one that means staff retention is higher than its competitors!



The success of this role will be measured in terms of the ability of staff to deliver higher quality of work, thereby being more engaged and committed to the business.



Due to the nature of the business – and working within a highly competitive sector – you will be the subject matter expert on engagement, providing advice and guidance to colleagues and Management alike.



To be considered for this role you must:



Be experienced in terms of designing and delivering an Employee Engagement strategy;

Have been involved in reviewing existing Engagement strategies and the effectiveness of these, whilst ensuring improvements are delivered;

Be able to work and communicate with a broad spectrum of employees to ensure Employee Engagement best practice.
