A market leader in the healthcare sector is currently looking for a commercial focused, forward thinking HR Business Partner to cover their South East patch. The role will cover sites from East Anglia down to Hampshire via Oxfordshire and across to Kent.

JOB PURPOSE

To build up trust with key stakeholders, through quality delivery of HR services in connection with recruitment / talent management, complex employee relations, change management and employee engagement. The ideal candidate MUST have the resilience to operate in a challenging and stimulating environment – healthcare industry experience is highly desirable, and other relevant sectors will be considered (i.e. commercial focused blue collar environments etc.)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Developing resourcing plans through identifying the key business needs, then implementing and driving both national and local recruitment plans to attract talent into the business (i.e. specialist healthcare roles)
* Actively assist with the selection processes, making sure hiring managers understand the correct recruitment policy and process (including compliance procedures) and that they are utilising the correct toolkit and interview techniques
* Ensuring that the right talent is sourced, on-boarded and then developed through correct appraisals, and reviews / training
* Assisting with complex employee relations issues, improving management capability by ensuring ownership sits with managers
* Ensuring that managers are coached and supported in relation to HR policies, so they can take responsibility for people related issues and projects
* Advising, guiding and delivering on organisational and cultural change management projects i.e. restructures and TUPE transfers
* Supporting cultural and structural change i.e. growth plans
* Promoting a culture of engagement through promoting staff surveys, exit and retention interviews and staff forums etc.
* Liaising with various internal stakeholders and external contacts at all levels, building up strong working relationships

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

* Strong generalist skillset, with experience of working in an autonomous, HRBP level role previously
*Ambition to step up to a Head of role in the next 2 / 3 years
* Strong knowledge of change management processes
* Background in Healthcare - if not, then an equally challenging environment so my client can draw out similarities (needs to be fast paced, multi-site, commercial, etc.)
* Solution focused
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
* Current driving Licence
