A well-established automotive manufacturing organisation is seeking a highly capable HR and Finance Administrator to provide a generalist administrative service to the business.



Reporting to a Financial Controller you will act as a first point of contact for staff on queries relating to both HR and Finance; this will include:



- Processing ER issues such as absence management, return-to-work, time and attendance etc.;

- Processing invoices, overseeing purchase ledger;

- Supporting payroll (this is undertaken at Head Office).



To be considered for this role you will either be a HR professional with sound experience gained within a finance role, or a finance professional with the aptitude and attitude to undertake HR responsibilities. Due to the nature of the business exposure to a manufacturing environment will be hugely advantageous.
