Working for a large, international financial services organisation you will become an integral part of the ‘HR Generalist' directorate, reporting into the HR Director. Working within a team of five, the post-holder will become the division's main POC for HR quality control and operations matters, including HR systems and all transactional services.

FYI: even though this role sits within the ‘HR Generalist' team, other members of the department will deal with generalist tasks such as ER and recruitment. This role is focused on HR policy work, transactional processes, and HR data and systems.


* Undertaking auditing processes in line with HR data, ensuring numerical consistencies

* Ensuring all personnel records are kept up to date and are made accessible to the HR team / adhere fully to Data Protection standards. Also check, distribute and maintain records for all HR and payroll data

* Taking ownership of transactional HR processes and policies, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Also ensure that HR metrics are monitored and any issues / trends are highlighted and then communicated to the wider team and/or relevant senior stakeholders

* Harmonising and aligning policies and procedures, identifying efficiencies across international divisions

* Showcasing, and ensuring, an up to date knowledge of industry regulations in connection with policies i.e. Ex-pact relocation, senior manager regime, miFID II etc.

* Acting as the dedicated contact point for the new HR system, Success Factors, and dealing with any related queries (this will include project management of the move from ResourceLink to this new system, including checking the data generated from the payroll team as it is held initially via two systems) - the post-holder will ultimately became a Success Factors super-user.

* Checking HR data generated from the wider generalist team (i.e. four colleagues) before it is delivered to payroll, ensuring no anomalies

* Liaising regularly with senior stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills


* Previous or past experience working for a financial services provider is HIGHLY DESIRABLE i.e. sector specific legislation knowledge is needed!

* Extensive expertise in an operational / transactional/ quality control HR focused role will be required

* Strong attention to detail, matched with excellent HR systems skills

* A passion for HR process

* CIPD qualification is DESIRABLE
