A leading manufacturing organisation with an unparalleled reputation within the industry has a requirement for a HR Advisor to join at an exciting time for the business, operating within a fast paced, commercially focussed, Unionised environment.
As HR Generalist you will act as a central point of contact for staff throughout the organisation ensuring a consistent approach is taken from a HR perspective, maintaining a high level of visibility on the shop floor, and having the ability to be a people -person; engaging with staff operating at all levels within the business in order to provide this proactive HR service to the business.
Providing a generalist service to a diverse internal customer base you will take ownership of Employee Relations issues, disciplinary, grievances, recruitment, absence management, performance management, up skilling the Management team, HR Systems, talent management, and change management (where required).
My client is eager to secure the services of a capable and experienced HR Advisor. With this in mind, and to be considered for this opportunity, you MUST:
' Be Level 5 CIPD qualified (this is non-negotiable);
' Have gained experience of working in a generalist HR role within a fast paced organisation;
' Have worked in a fast paced manufacturing or industrial environment;
' Be robust and resilient to work in this environment.
