A leading manufacturing organisation with an unparalleled reputation within the industry has a requirement for a HR Systems Administrator to join at an exciting time for the business, operating within a fast paced, commercially focussed organisation.

As HR Systems Administrator you will provide a HR Administrative service with an emphasis on HR systems. Working closely with staff throughout the organisation you will be instrumental in ensuring an efficient and highly accurate service is provided.

Responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the HR Time and Attendance System is maintained and accurate and cleared down on a daily basis.

• Maintenance of employee and organization records in SAP HCM, including generating and running reports.

• Support the implementation of Edays and will be responsible for maintaining the system following implementation.

• HR Reporting, Absence and Overtime, Headcount and any other reports as directed by HR Business Partner.

• Administration of HR Invoice process, including creating purchase requisitions, maintaining budget tracker, GRN, vendor set up and weekly clear down of invoices.

• General HR administration.

To be considered for this role you must have had experience of SAP HCM. Without this you will not be considered for the role. You will also be able to utilise Excel and be an advanced user of this.

Whilst this is a HR role my client is happy to consider candidates that have not worked within HR, yet have the necessary technical/systems skills to comfortably deliver in line with the above responsibilities and the expectations of the business.
