A globally established manufacturing organisation, with a clear strategic vision based on continued growth and reinforcing their place as number 1 in the sector is seeking a highly capable HR Assistant to join at a highly exciting time for the business.
Forming part of a newly established HR function you will be responsible for supporting the HR Business Partners in delivering a comprehensive generalist HR service to the business. Acting as a first point of contact you will provide advice and guidance on all aspects of the HR lifecycle, and where appropriate, escalating issues upwards.
To be considered for this role you:
Must have intermediate skills when using Excel – with proven ability to utilise pivot tables and V-Lookups;
Must be part CIPD qualified (or studying towards);
Must have experience of undertaking investigations in relation to disciplinary and grievances;
Must be hungry to develop your career as a HR practitioner.
