Interim HR Project Manager - 6 month contract
£50,000 - £60,000 per annum (this role CANNOT be offered on a day rate)
As an experienced HR Consultant, are you now looking for your next interim, project management challenge? Do you have your PRINCE2 qualification? And can you showcase a business ‘savvy', commercial mindset when undertaking HR project work? If so, we may have the perfect vacancy for you….
Working for a large, international blue chip organisation you will assist with the project management of a complex, yet exciting, transformation process – FYI: this is a confidential project (i.e. it will be discussed further at interview).
The successful post-holder will co-ordinate key projects to enhance the development of a high performance work environment, which will involve undertaking work focused on cultural change and employee engagement.
You will work closely with a Senior HR Consultant (who has worked previously with the business) to ensure a successful integration and transformation process, aligning relevant business focused HR strategies accordingly.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in researching and proposing solutions to business issues and will be highly organised, with exceptional hands-on project management experience. Absolutely essential, is your astute and critical thinking, coupled with strong analytical and exceptional organisation skills as well as an ability to identify process efficiencies.
You will be used to working, and delivering, in a high-pressured environment, whilst also remaining positive and forward-thinking. You will be joining a fun and hard-working team, so we are looking for a like-minded colleague who is comfortable collaborating with others and not shy of taking responsibility!
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* PRINCE2 qualification
* Previous HR transformation project experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong business acumen i.e. multiple industry experience within the commercial sector will be suitable for this role
* Availability to start a new role late May / early June 2018 (and then commit to 6 month project)
