£65,000 + benefits

A globally established, industry leading, manufacturing organisation has a requirement for an interim HR Manger. Due to changes within the current HR structure you will be required to be in post no later than May 14th in order to ensure that HR continues to provide a high level of service to a diverse internal customer base.

Working as part of the site Leadership team you will act as a point of contact for all high level and complex HR issues. You will lead an established HR team and as such will act as a point of escalation, whilst reporting to the Head of HR EMEA and taking ownership of strategic HR project work.

Due to the nature of the business – a business that utilises a matrix reporting structure due to its geographical remit – you must have had experience of this and as such be excellent at stakeholder management.

To be considered for this role you must:
Be happy to be considered for an interim assignment through until the end of 2018 (although there is a chance that this role may become permanent thereafter);
Have worked within a fast paced manufacturing environment;
Have had exposure to Trade Union negotiations;
Have team management experience;
Have Merger, Acquisition, Integration and TUPE experience.
