A globally established, highly corporate manufacturing organisation – employing a varied internal customer base of both white and blue collar staff – is seeking a highly capable, commercially focused and credible HR Business Partner to provide a generalist service to the business.



Based from the main manufacturing facility in Corby you will act as a main point of contact for c200 employees within this fast paced setting.



Whilst providing a generalist service to this diverse internal customer base, you will be expected to ensure HR delivers Continuous Improvement initiatives that better support the objectives of the business. With HR having been underinvested over the years (until the recent appointment of a HR Director) you will lead a review of all sub-functions within HR, identifying improvement and ensuring action is taken.



With this in mind a strong background of leading on change initiatives (or a practical understanding of Lean, 6 sigma, 5S etc.) is essential to be considered for this role.



To be considered for this role you will have had:



Experience of providing a highly generalist service to a multi-sited organisation;

Have led on change initiatives OR have an excellent understanding Lean, 6 sigma, 5S;

Been involved in multidisciplinary projects;

Exposure of leading on proactive value-add HR initiatives including Talent Attraction, Employee Engagement, Performance Management etc.
