Regional HR Manager

Stockholm

A globally established manufacturing organisation, operating throughout all continents, is seeking a commercially focused HR Manager. Based in Stockholm you will have responsibility for sites throughout the Nordics, and working in a generalist capacity, you will be required to travel on a regular basis.



Reporting to the European HR Director (based in the UK) you will work in a highly autonomous capacity, acting as the sole point of contact for HR issues throughout the region. Taking direction from the European HQ you will be provide advice and guidance to staff operating at all levels on a range of HR issues.



Leading from the front you will operate as a business focused and pro-active HR professional, working in partnership with the wider European HR network and local management team in the Region. To provide proactive and day-to-day support for key HR related activity, and to proactively implement HR initiatives across the business to support business growth.



To be considered for this role you will:

Speak fluent Swedish and English (additional languages will be beneficial in this global organisation);

Have gained experience of working in a generalist HR role within a manufacturing/FMCG organisation;

The ability to work in a highly autonomous role with little day-to-day direction.
