Job Evaluation Specialist – 6 month FTC
£400 - £450 day rate.
Role based in Jersey Mon–Thursday. Home based Friday

Network HR are working in partnership with an attractive organisation to assist with the hire of a Job Evaluation Specialist. This individual will lead a pivotal project for the organisation as they embark on a period of growth, managing and developing a team of two and working closely with Senior Leaders across the business.
The role will be based from the organisation's headquarters in Jersey Monday – Thursday with flights, luxury 5 star accommodation, food and drink fully expensed. You will then be homebased on a Friday. Due to the flexibility of travel arrangements this means that the successful candidate can reside anywhere providing you are able to get to a main airport Monday morning and return from their Thursday evening.
The Job Evaluation Specialist will deliver a thorough job benchmarking exercise for a large volume of vacancies, assessing against market rates and working with the wider business to devise a plan for internal appointments and external hires. The successful candidate will also manage a team of two, upskilling and developing them in the job evaluation process along the way.
It is highly desirable for the post-holder to have HAY job evaluation experience as well as previous exposure to the not for profit, government or public sectors.
