Talent Development Business Partner



A nationally recognised Manufacturing business has a requirement for a Talent Development Business Partner to join at this highly exciting time.

Working as part of the site's HR team, the Talent Development Business Partner will focus on ensuring the business has the best available employees, identifying continuous professional development opportunities, talent management, succession planning, performance management activities and apprentice activities.

The role has responsibility for developing an agile workforce through differentiated training and development initiatives, ensuring that skillsets are aligned with business strategy.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Mapping and developing career pathways;

Developing a workforce plan;

Driving the annual performance review process;

Managing development needs analysis;

Manage the recruitment process, ensuring successful team integration and early realisation of performance standards.

In this role will be responsible for providing support and expertise on Talent and Development related issues, utilising management information and developing solutions.
