JOB PURPOSE



One of the UK's leading charities is seeking a Learning & OD Business Partner to cover maternity leave for 12 months. This London-based role is offering a salary of c. £38,000 per annum, plus very attractive additional benefits – the role will involve regular, nationwide travel.



The post-holder will be responsible for designing and delivering (or commissioning), key Learning & OD solutions using a range of delivery methods, tailored for the needs of the business. They will report into the Head of L&OD and will join a further team of 4.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



* Build up and maintain strong, influential relationships with key directorate stakeholders within the business, becoming a subject matter expert

* Conduct organisational TNA's, driven from divisional business plans, to inform the L&D budgeting process

* Deliver innovative, cost effective and strategically aligned learning solutions – initiatives will be focused on: Continuous Learning and Development Programmes / Leadership and Management Development Initiatives / and Online & Social Learning Solutions

* Support the Head of L&OD with organisational development interventions including those focused on: Staff Engagement, Performance Management and Talent Management

* Develop and then deliver innovative L&D solutions, including designing online solutions as well as undertaking regular F2F delivery



KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED



* Commercial mindset when it comes to implementing L&D and OD solutions

* Results-driven, with the ability to demonstrate creative, innovative initiatives

* Strong communication & delivery skills

* Demonstrable Business Partnering experience

* Prior exposure to utilising online and IT learning tools

* Prior sector experience i.e. charitable / third sector is desirable

* Availability to interview a.s.a.p. and start a new role by August 2018
