A leading food manufacturing business is seeking a highly capable standalone HR Manager in order to provide a generalist service to c300 employees.

Working as part of the Senior Leadership Team you will be accountable for providing a holistic Generalist service across the sites, ensuring the service offered by HR is of a high level, ensuring best practice is adopted at every turn.

Working closely with Group HR you will take ownership of Workforce Strategy, ER, Recruitment, Compensation and L&D at site level, implementing strategic initiatives as directed by the business.

With HR being a well-respected function, and delivering an exceptional customer service to staff, you will be expected to maintain this level of service.

To be considered for this role you will:

Have gained experience of the food manufacturing industry;

Be Level 5 CIPD qualified (or working towards);

Be a true HR Generalist;
