Package: up to £40,000 DOE plus benefits package

Network HR have been appointed on an exclusive basis to assist a UK based property business to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner on a 6-9 months FTC.

The successful Talent Acquisition Partner will have fantastic relationship building, communication and investigative skills to partner with business leaders in identifying talent requirements for now and in the future, proactively attracting a pipeline of innovative candidates.

You will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager in creating, implementing and maintaining a talent acquisition strategy with consistent process and procedures in line with the brand values, culture principles and best practice. You will also build a strong employer value proposition and ensure great relationships internally and externally.


- Experience working in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment environment across a variety of roles / levels

- An excellent understanding of a robust recruitment process (including delivery on KPI's)

- Experience of screening and shortlisting candidates

- Thorough knowledge and understanding of HR policy and current legislation and its practical application

- Good working knowledge of Recruitment systems

- Experience of using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience with direct sourcing from LinkedIn & job boards

- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment administration

- Experience with direct sourcing from LinkedIn & job boards

- An interest in social media and employer branding, would be an advantage
