A leading manufacturing organisation is seeking a commercially focused, highly capable and engaging HR Advisor to work in this fast paced environment, acting as a first point of contact in order to provide a truly generalist service to a diverse internal customer base.
Working closely with the HR Manager you will be their deputy; as such you will manage all HR issues in their absence whilst overseeing a range of business as usual HR issues. This will include providing advice and guidance on ER issues, taking ownership of investigations, recruitment, absence management, compensation and benefits, and training and development.
To be considered for this role you must have:
Worked with a predominantly blue collar workforce;
Confident to challenge and push back to Line Managers;
An excellent breadth and depth of skills and experience;
Generalist experience, having touched on all aspects of the HR lifecycle;
Level 3 CIPD qualified (as a minimum).
This role will provide you with exceptional exposure to a leading manufacturing business, whilst providing you with the autonomy (and support) to deal with a complete range of HR issues.
