HR Business Partner

Central London

Salary Package: £60,000 - £75,000 + car allowance + bonus + attractive pension and benefits

Network HR are working in partnership with a leading Entertainment/Media firm to hire a HR Business Partner supporting their UK and International (None US) employees. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join an organisation that not only has a strong external brand in its market but also recognises and truly values its internal talent, offering attractive benefits, an array of learning, development and progression opportunities and embraces an eclectic mix of personalities and skill sets.

The successful HR Business Partner will support a particular business division (circa 150-200 employees) brought into the company through acquisition and will have a strong focus on integration and growth. This will be the first time this business area has had its own dedicated Business Partner resource offering great scope for a skilled HR Generalist to embed process and policy as well as strategic guidance in line with the wider business plans.

This role will require a true HR Generalist confident working autonomously and building relationships at all levels. Previous exposure to mergers and acquisitions (pre and post) and international business partnering is desirable but not essential. Experience working in a highly creative environment such as tech/media/digital/entertainment/marketing/PR is also highly desirable.

*For a confidential conversation to discuss the role and your background in more detail please contact Charly Newton-Coombs at Network HR on 0121 450 5030. Alternatively you can apply using the latest copy of your CV and we will be in touch soon.*

In compliance with the regulations (April 2004) in place under the employment agencies act, Network HR will require proof of identification. A current copy of a passport, driving licence, ID card or NI card will be required as part of the registration process. Email and faxed copies are acceptable.
