Network HR are working in partnership with a leading Entertainment firm to hire a HR Business Partner supporting their UK and International (None US) employees. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join an organisation that not only has a strong external brand in its market but also recognises and truly values its internal talent, offering attractive benefits, an array of learning, development and progression opportunities and embraces an eclectic mix of personalities and skill sets.
The successful HR Business Partner will support a particular business division (circa 150-200 employees internationally) brought into the company through acquisition and will have a strong focus on integration and growth. This will be the first time this business area has had its own dedicated Business Partner resource offering great scope for a skilled HR Generalist to embed process and policy as well as strategic guidance in line with the wider business plans.
This role will require a true HR Generalist confident working autonomously and building relationships at all levels. Previous exposure to mergers and acquisitions (pre and post) and international business partnering is desirable but not essential. Experience working in a highly creative environment such as tech/media/digital/entertainment/marketing/PR is also highly desirable. This Business Partner role will be best suited to a naturally inquisitive, forward thinking, commercial and solutions focussed individual who has the ability to influence, challenge and guide senior stakeholders on a UK and international basis.
