HR Business Partner – Front Office
£60,000 - £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Network HR are partnered with a leading, global Brokerage as they embark on a period of cultural and structural transformation to hire a HR Business Partner to support their Front Office Brokers predominantly across the UK.
The successful HR Business Partner will act in an operational fashion with a touch of strategy to begin with, working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner to support across the entire Front Office function with the role having a clear progression path to take on a specific client group in the near future and increase strategic responsibility.
Operating in conjunction with the centres of excellence, the HR Business Partner will work in a generalist fashion across the entire employee life cycle. Due to the ongoing transformation across the business there is a heavy focus on projects and the HR Business Partner will take a lead role in 1-2 of this from the very start. Projects that are currently ongoing include the review of process and policy, creating a new staff handbook, reviewing the benefits offering, employee engagement and integration.
This role would be attractive to a Senior HR Advisor / HR Business Partner who is on the upward trajectory of their career, keen to join a well-known brand in the Financial Services market that offers exposure to change and transformation with great progression opportunities into a more strategic role as well as potential international coverage.
