An exciting opportunity for a Global Talent Resourcing Leader (based in London) for a 12 month FTC. This role is working for a FTSE 250 client who have experienced over 1000% revenue growth in 2 years and an increased headcount of c.150% globally. A strategic role that will work with global Directors to forecast requirements, and look at human capital management initiatives for pipelined work. Most technical / operational talent sourcing will fall to group-wide recruitment experts across the globe, ensuring this individual can focus on the extra "vale add" for their stakeholders. A direct report of 1 but global liaison with an eclectic multinational team will require experience in a matrix structure, ideally from a technical / engineering background.

The Talent Resourcing Leader is responsible for supporting the delivery of the people and business strategies through:

• Strategic Talent Acquisition

• Global Workforce Planning

• Standards & Processes

• Contingency Recruitment

• Reporting, Projects & Functional Support

The emphasis of this role will be ensuring that this organisation is viewed as an ‘Employer of Choice' driving this high growth businesses talent resourcing strategy from reactive to proactive. The Talent Resourcing Leader will leverage a variety of avenues to raise brand awareness. You will also support the D&I objectives and integrate the values and core pillars of Best Talent, Innovation, Clients First and Operational Excellence into the Talent Resourcing Strategy.

In conjunction with the wider HR team, the successful post holder will contribute to a robust workforce plan focused on growth, attrition and succession planning objectives to 2020. In this role they will also ultimately be accountable for ensuring there is a robust talent pipeline globally from technician to Executive level by leveraging Talent Resources combined with third party supplier support.

The Talent Resourcing Leader will be accountable for continuously reviewing, updating, implementing and ensuring recruitment standards and processes are fit for purpose to attract, retain & develop high calibre individuals. This will include a multi-faceted approach taking into account regional and global legislation, standards and processes and will be suitable not just for current but the changing future dynamic.

The post holder will also provide functional leadership and support for contingency recruitment across the global portfolio, sharing innovations & best practice & establishing / maintaining strong relationships with other Talent Resourcing Leaders / HR Leaders across the wider business.


• 10 years + experience (or equivalent) in in house recruitment / agency recruitment at senior level / HR generalist role with a recruitment focus

• Proven track record of working in a matrix environment

• Proven track record of recruiting at senior leadership level and delivering recruitment campaigns and strategies across a multi country portfolio

• Proven track record of delivering talent strategies & recruitment support in high growth environments

• Experience of delivering HR / Talent projects across multi country portfolios
