£60,000 - £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Network HR have been given the opportunity to partner with a Global Asset Management firm to recruit a HR Business Partner as an additional resource to their existing HR function.

This is a unique opportunity as the role itself will support the business for the first 6-12 months in a hybrid fashion. The first 50% of the role will be to provide a generalist HR Business Partner service to a dedicated client group – Operations, where you will partner the Global Head of Operations and their team of 100 employees across the UK and EMEA. The other 50% will act as a HR Operations Lead, man-managing 2 x HR Administrators and taking full responsibility of the existing policies and processes as it has been highlighted that they are in need of a full review to create a slick and streamlined portfolio.

In terms of future development, it is expected that the role will grow in a Business Partnering perspective once the HR Ops project moves into a maintenance capacity. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in global projects as well as take on additional headcount. This position will report directly into to the HR Director with a team of Senior HR Business Partners on hand to provide further coaching and guidance.

Although this organisation is part of a wider conglomerate of businesses meaning there are centres of excellence that the HR function can tap into where necessary, this is still a relatively independent business with 1200 employees globally. With this in mind, the HR Business Partner must be able to display experience working in an SME environment where it is essential to have a ‘hands on' mentality, getting involved in the full employee life cycle including recruitment, L&D and ER.

Our client is fairly open on industry sector however feels that previous experience working for a corporate and professional business would provide the best culture fit.
