£45,000 + car/allowance



My client, a leading and highly respected service organisation, is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner at what is a very exciting time.



Historically a highly traditional and change adverse organisation, this business has recently announced significant changes taking place throughout due to market conditions and renewed competition. With a Transformation Team leading on this change, improvements to the existing HR team have been identified, with a need for a Regional HR Business Partner being a key requirement in order to better support the organisation in this New World.



Working as part of a newly created team of Regional HR Business Partners, you will be responsible for providing a truly generalist service to a diverse internal customer base, dispersed throughout the North East.



In this role you will:

• Act as a point of contact, providing advise and guidance to Operational Management on all HR issues;

• Focus on developing Operational Management accountability in order to allow the HR function to become more proactive and less reactive;

• Take ownership of a range of ER issues;

• Attend regional Operations Meetings in order to build and maintain relationships with staff, whilst remaining visible throughout the region;

• Implement HR strategy to meet business needs.



In this role you will have a huge impact in how HR is viewed by Operations within this region, and as such, you must be driven, energetic and commercially minded HR practitioner that can hit the ground running.



To be considered for this role you must have:



The ability to travel throughout your region (travel will be c2 - 3 days per week with the rest of the time either working from home or a central Hub location);

Had experience of transforming a HR department in to a truly strategic and proactive function, where value is added (with evidence to back this up);

The capacity to juggle an operational, strategic and project driven workload.
