Salary: Up to £60,000 + discretionary bonus and benefits
Network HR are working in partnership with a global, market leading energy firm to recruit a number of key roles in the HR function including a HR BUSINESS PARTNER who will support the Operations & Maintenance business unit across the UK (London and Bath – approx. 200 employees).
This is an organisation focussed on growth both organically and through acquisition and following recent investment is now in a position to accelerate these plans to expand globally. The current HR team is being reorganised with a view to increase the capabilities and experience in all areas with a particular focus on the Business Partnering model.
The client group ‘Operations and Maintenance' will be predominantly blue collar, field based workers with some additional office based employees in London and Bath. The HR Business Partner will provide a generalist and operational service to the dedicated client group, managing low level HR issues including absence, performance management and disciplinary's as well as working with the wider team on recruitment, pay and reward reviews, talent development and cultural change.
The successful Business Partner will have supported a client group either on a multi-site or field based basis with specific ‘operations and maintenance' being highly desirable. The individual will operate in a largely operational fashion with some strategic and long term thinking and will require strong competencies across the entire employee life cycle. It would be preferred for the Business Partner to have worked in both SME and large global enterprise and understand how to operate in a decentralised environment.
As this is an 18month fixed term contract, our client is hoping to have the HR Business Partner in post before the end of 2018.
