A leading B2B services business – with an unrivalled reputation – is seeking a highly capable, commercially focused HR Business Partner to provide a complete, varied and proactive generalist service to a diverse internal customer base.

With this business about to embark on positive change and growth, there is a need to have HR in a position to support the organisation in its current and future state. As such a decision has been made to appoint a HR Business Partner as a dedicated HR practitioner to lead on a range of issues.

In this role you will:

Act as a point of contact, providing advice and guidance to Operational Management on all HR issues;

Focus on developing Operational Management accountability in order to allow the HR function to become more proactive and less reactive;

Take ownership of a range of high level and complex ER issues;

Attend Operations Meetings in order to build and maintain relationships with staff whilst maintaining visibility;

Implement HR strategy to meet business needs whilst taking ownership of Projects;

Lead a team of HR Administrators.

To be considered for this role you must:

Be a true HR Generalist, having touched on all aspects of the HR lifecycle;

Have worked within a Unionised environment and been involved in negotiations with Union representatives;

Have managed change;

Be a proactive HR practitioner and understand how to increase management accountability and capability in order to deal with their own People issues;

Be a true HRBP;

Level 5 CIPD qualified.
