HR Business Partner

Circa £50,000 plus excellent benefits

Central London

We are currently working with a national, private healthcare business to source them a new HR Business Partner, to join their organisation on a full time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have gained prior exposure to working within fast paced, commercial yet corporate environments, alongside showcasing a strong generalist skillset including excellent ER / employment law knowledge.

Key duties

* Reporting into a Chief HR Officer, the post-holder will act as a true Business Partner across 2 key sites in Central London, offering HR advice & guidance to a client group of over 1,000 employees

* Contributing to the delivery of business objectives, such as driving forward improvements in organisational and individual performance across these sites

* Liaising regularly, and building up strong relationships, with key senior stakeholders

* Ensuring that all employee relations and employment policies and processes reflect the needs of the business and are in line with legal requirements and HR best practice. Offer advice and guidance on complex ER issues, showcasing excellent employment law knowledge at all times

* Assisting the business with change management & workforce planning activity, alongside implement a suitable talent management strategy - both to enable sustainable growth & profit across both sites

* Responsibility for the creation and delivery of robust succession & hiring plans, liaising with the wider HR, L&D and Recruitment teams as required

* Devising and/or revising the employee engagement strategy, ensuring that the workforce are motivated and that managers have the right tools / are given the right advice, to achieve high performance in their teams

* Become an ambassador for Wellbeing and D&I policies & processes across both sites

Key criteria for the role

* Prior experience working in a fast-paced commercial yet highly corporate organisation i.e. high end retail, professional or financial services etc.

* Strong ER / Employment Law knowledge

* Excellent experience of handling wellbeing and D&I initiatives

* Commercial mindset when it comes to implementing Talent, OD and Engagement strategies
