Circa £40,000 per annum plus excellent benefits

A rapidly growing creative agency are currently on the lookout for a seasoned, well connected Recruiter, who will ideally have recent & relevant sector knowledge (i.e. Healthcare PR and/or Communications). This is a brand new position, and the post-holder will play an instrumental part in assisting the business grow even further by sourcing the best industry talent, to double the workforce for this agency by 2021.


* Managing the end to end recruitment process for this growing company as their sole Recruiter, reporting into their HR Director

* Advising on the most appropriate ways to source candidates for live vacancies, alongside mentoring & coaching hiring managers on how to attract, interview & retain the best talent within the PR & Communications space

* Undertaking direct sourcing/head hunting techniques to attract suitable candidates, utilising connections and your own network regularly

* Developing & updating job descriptions and interview formats, taking into account desired core competencies and key selection criteria

* Building up strong working relationships with hiring managers, becoming a credible source of practical advice and expertise on all aspects of recruitment

* Keeping abreast of the very best recruitment practices and relevant employment law that would impacting on recruitment and diversity

* Ensuring an up to date knowledge of industry news etc., alongside building up a ‘bank' of talent, including attending & networking at industry events & utilising relevant social media.


* Experience of working within Recruitment / Talent within a relevant creative sector i.e. Healthcare PR and/or Communications

* Prior exposure to assisting a business through a period of rapid growth, managing the recruitment process as a standalone Recruiter

* Excellent interpersonal skills

* Ability to pipeline talent efficiently, taking a proactive approach to Recruitment i.e. actively headhunting from competitors within PR and/or Communications
