HR Business Partner
Package: Base salary up to £80,000 + bonus and benefits package
Network HR are working exclusively alongside a world leading banking group to hire an operational, UK HR Business Partner on a permanent basis into their Investment Banking arm.
For this role it is essential to have previous experience working in a Financial Services (preferably investment banking) organisation, partnering a trading client group.
As the UK HR Business Partner you will support a particular client group (Trading - circa 150 employees) in a highly operational manner, working closely with the Senior Stakeholders and reporting in to the Global HR Business Partner. Acting as the lead HR Business Partner and the No.2 to the Global HR Business Partner you will also be required to offer guidance to more junior members of the team and step up during periods of annual leave / travel as well as support on global projects.
This organisation is headquartered in Europe meaning interaction and collaboration with the global HR team to share best practice and embed the global strategy on a local level is essential.
The HR Business Partner will work as part of a wider UK HR team, working alongside with other Business Partners and various centres of excellence / central shared resources such as recruitment, learning and development and reward. ER sits with each individual Business Partner supported by the company legal team and so experience working on a wide range of ER cases from start to finish will be required.
It is essential for the successful candidate to have recent experience working within a financial services organisation partnering a trading client group in a hands on, operational fashion. It is desirable for the HR Business Partner to have exposure to a large, global business to display understanding of a matrixed and multi-cultural organisation as well as a smaller firm with less resource to lean on and requires a more creative approach to the different aspects of the employee life cycle.
