Interim Reward Business Partner (3 - 6 month FTC)

Oxfordshire or London base

£50,000 to £70,000 per annum

A large, national service provider is keen to engage the skillset of an experienced Reward professional to support the Head of Reward in planning, developing & communicating all Company Reward initiatives. In turn these will help to drive business performance, ensure compliance with the relevant legislation and support the attraction & retention of employees.


* Partner with the Head of Reward and key business stakeholders to ensure all Reward developments & proposals are clearly communicated throughout the business

* Manage the reward calendar i.e. plan for, & project manage all cyclical reward activities including pay & bonus review, Out of Cycle & benefits processes and performance management

* Work with the Reward Analysts to conduct competitive pay analysis & make recommendations to help resolve organisational challenges including the attraction & retention of key employees

* Manage the annual Gender Pay Gap submission with HR Services

* Support the Head of Reward & Reward Analysts to manage the Job Evaluation process / Pay & Grading structure

* Manage, develop, review & maintain all policies & processes managed within Group Reward function

* Communicate and promote employee benefit plans, programmes & arrangements to the wider business


* Availability to start a new role a.s.a.p. / at short notice

* Bachelor's degree, CIPD qualified or hold the equivalent experience i.e. Strong working knowledge & understanding in all areas of reward – Job Evaluation / Pay & Grading National Minimum Wage regulations, Gender Pay Gap, Job Families, pay benchmarking

* Strong Excel & data analysis skills

* Strong Reward analysis & cost modelling capabilities

* Prior exposure to working in a large, complex organisation
