£50,000 + benefits

A market leading manufacturing business is seeking a highly capable, commercially focused HR Business Partner to provide a truly generalist service to a diverse internal customer base.

Reporting to the HR Director – based in a separate site – you will work in a highly autonomous capacity, dealing with a range of issues right across the HR spectrum including change management, ER resolution, development of team members etc. As such you will be a self-starter, able to work with little direction, and deliver results in line with business expectations.

With the organisation going through change/turnaround, HR is leading this, and as such you will play a pivotal role in. You will drive this change, and with this in mind, you must have delivered on change previously in your career (cultural, structural etc.).

To be considered for this role you will:

Have gained significant change experience, coupled with being a true HR Generalist;

Have implemented employee engagement initiatives, evidencing a positive ROI;

Have worked with a diverse internal customer base;

Have gained experience of having worked with Trade Unions.
