Role: Senior HR Change Consultant (Part-time 3 days per week)
Salary: c. £60,000 FTE plus bonus + other benefits
Network HR has been retained by a global (re)insurer to appoint a Senior HR Change Consultant for a global insurer.
This role will act at the project manager for the various transformation programs occurring across the business. The successful candidate will coordinate and facilitate the HR Change initiatives to ensure they are delivered on-time, and effectively. You will support the Head of Change in the development of HR planning and budgeting.
This individual will be a professional and experienced project manager, with a key focus and common theme of continuous improvement throughout their career.
Under the leadership of the newly appointed Chief People Officer this global PLC will be turning the dial on it's operation, starting with a turbo-charged HR team to support the great work the business currently do in this area.
This person will run various change programs with a critical focus on continual improvement acting as the Project Manager subject matter exert (SME). They will facilitate and run workshops and pull together various workstreams.
This individual will also be the SME on effective change management.
This individual will take responsibility for the overall successful implementation of the various programs across the organisation.
They will prepare and run monthly change agenda meetings with the leadership teams.
This individual will be someone who can seamlessly support and pull together both the leadership and management populations to deliver on the change management projects effectively, and on time.
·Work with the Head of Change Governance & Control, and the rest of the HR Leadership Team in the development of the HR strategy and budget, including the definition of the change plan.
Manage & deliver programmes up to c. £5m; oversight of all HR projects to support the successfully delivery of the change portfolio
Develop and support budget/ business case decision making ranging from circa £0.1m - £15m
Develop the People function's budget, and track monthly performance of expenses and accruals against this.
· Managed/ coordinated large/ complex HR change program
o Prince2 qualified (or similar)
o Lean Six Sigma
· Understanding/ practical application of project & change methodologies
· Budget development and maintenance
· Development of reporting and analytical insight
