Salary of c. £50,000 per annum plus bonus & benefits



Network HR are delighted to be working alongside a highly reputable and well regarded Insurance business who, due to constant evolution, is now seeking an experienced Digital Learning professional (brand new role).



JOB PURPOSE



The post-holder will become the business's subject matter expert for all digital learning initiatives, delivering the very best online and e-learning programmes for the workforce. In alignment with the People Growth & Learning Strategy, the post-holder will design (alongside external vendors), curate and deliver blended learning programmes and pathways as required.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



* Scope, design and script customised and bespoke digital and blended learning with internal partners in line with commercial priorities

* Collaborate with e-learning developers and vendors to create engaging, memorable content and a consumer-grade user experience for our learners. External digital learning providers will include: HarvardManageMentor, getAbstract and LinkedIn Learning

* Define, implement and share digital learning best practices within the wider L&D, measuring ROI impact of all programmes and ensuring suitable budget and vendor management

* Proactively stay up to date with latest thinking, methods and approaches to adult learning that support an evolving workforce, incorporating next generation learning technologies

* Support Culture, D&I, Wellness and Engagement programmes via ensuring tailored and aligned e-training interventions

* Vendor management - contract negotiation, preparation and execution, ensuring all providers are working within terms

* Become a super user on the business' learning management system - Unicorn (prior knowledge of this LMS is highly desirable)

* Ultimately assist the business through a period of change and transformation to move towards a more blended learning approach



KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED



* Current experience working as a Digital Learning / e-learning professional – FYI: This is not a programmer or developer role, more a curator of said e-learning and sits in the Growth and L&D team (not IT!)

* Analytical mindset, with excellent system skills

* Strong stakeholder management skills i.e. ability to make digital / e-learning initiatives interesting & appealing to the wider workforce

* Ability to facilitate online training programmes i.e. webinars

* Prior experience in working in a fast-paced, innovative sector such as Retail, or for a well-respected training provider

* Stable career history – extensive freelance experience will NOT be suitable
