With a view to becoming the market leader within this sector, this B2B organisation is seeking a capable interim HR Business Partner to join at a highly exciting time.

Having gone through a period of rapid growth the decision has been made to bolster the existing HR function in order to provide a more proactive HR service to a diverse and geographically dispersed workforce.

Based from Head Office in Wolverhampton you will work in a generalist capacity, predominantly focusing on delivering a range of projects to the business whilst managing high level business as usual accountabilities.

Projects will include (but not be limited to):

- Reviewing the pay and benefits provision, benchmarking against the external market and putting together a business proposal for improvements;

- Restructuring, realignment of some roles, introducing job descriptions for all roles across the business;

- Establishing a competency framework;

- Assisting with the ongoing implementation of a new ERP system;

- Developing an online Employee portal.

To be considered for this role you will:

Have worked within a B2B/services business, or a customer focused employer;

Have a good generalist background;

Be flexible to travel as part of the role;

Happy to commit to a 12 month fixed term contract.
