A growing business with a growing reputation is seeking a HR Advisor in order to work in a highly autonomous capacity, providing a truly generalist service to a varied yet growing internal customer base.
Working from a newly established site, the role has been created in order to meet the needs of the business! Due to the rapid growth the business has undertaken – and the future growth likely to take place – you will be the first point of contact for all site based staff, dealing with a range of HR issues (although it is likely to focus predominantly on recruitment and ER issues to begin with!).
My client is seeking an out-going HR Advisor, someone that is highly personable and understands the human element needed in HR, is solutions focused, and does not need to be handheld. With the business looking to develop and implement a modern day HR service offering – moving away from a very traditional personnel function – and you will be instrumental in achieving this.
To be considered for this you will be:
Be an accomplished HR generalist with experience of dealing with ER issues;
Able to engage with both blue and white collar staff operating at all levels within the business;
Experienced in working within a blue collar environment;
Understand the modern concepts of HR and look to introduce these in to a traditional business setting;
Have a stable career history.
