An internationally established manufacturing business – and a household name to most! – is seeking a highly engaging, proactive and commercially minded HR Officer who has a passion and enjoyment around analytics!
Working within an established HR team your role will be split; on the one hand you will provide a generalist service within this fast paced blue collar environment, working alongside the HR Manager in order to raise the bar of HR and in turn raise the performance of the site. On the other hand you will utilise excel (including v-lookups and pivot tables) in order to support with weekly labour forecasting, cost analysis, providing MI to the business etc.
Reporting to the HR Manager and working closely with the wider HR team, you will:
Provide a truly generalist service to a diverse internal customer base;
Responsible for driving change through the utilisation of HR policies and process, as well challenging and influencing staff in a proactive manner;
Ensure that the HR processes and procedures in relation to the employee life cycle are completed in a timely manner;
Provide Key MI reports to the business on a regular basis.
To be considered for this role you must:
Have gained exposure to the entire employee lifecycle, and have provided a generalist service;
Have provided MI reports to the business around headcount, absence, turnover etc, utilising data and translating this in to easy to understand information;
Be capable of utilising V-Lookups and Pivot Tables (this will be tested at interview);
Be level 3 CIPD qualified (minimum);
Have gained experience of having worked within a blue collar environment.
