An internationally established manufacturing business – and a household name to most! – is seeking a highly engaging, proactive and commercially minded Training Officer to join in this newly created position within the business.
Reporting to the HR Manager you will be instrumental in driving change throughout the business in order to increase performance across the site. With this in mind you will assist in delivering a new training provision to the business, working closely with Line Managers in order to identify colleagues that require training, and coordinating the relevant training courses.
Reporting to the HR Manager and working closely with the wider HR team, you will:
Be responsible for managing and organising relevant training for staff throughout the business;
Work closely with Managers in order to develop training;
Support on the development of training materials and workshops.
To be considered for this role you must:
Have an excellent understanding of training, particularly around TNA and coordination of training;
Have the ability to work with Line Managers, challenge and influence them in order to work proactively with them in order to understand their needs and deliver a suitable training solution;
Have the ability to work at pace;
Be commercially focused and understand the positive impact you can have on the bottom line of the business.
