Interim HR Manager – 12 months

With an unparalleled reputation, this leading manufacturing organisation is seeking to appoint a commercially focused HR Manager to provide a truly generalist service to a diverse internal customer based.

Working across two sites within the region, you will be the sole point of contact for c300 employees on site, whilst being accountable for providing a holistic Generalist. As HR Manager you will ensure that the service offered is of a high level, ensuring best practice is adopted at every turn.

Working closely with Group HR you will take ownership of Workforce Strategy, ER, Recruitment, Compensation and L&D at site level, implementing strategic initiatives as directed by the business.

With HR being a well-respected function, and delivering an exceptional customer service to staff, you will be expected to maintain this level of service.

To be considered for this role you will:

Have worked in a standalone capacity;

Be a true Generalist practitioner, able to deal with the full range of HR issues;

Have worked within a blue collar environment.
