£75,000 - £80,000 + discretionary bonus & benefits

I am working with a global leading Hedge fund based in central London who are looking to appoint an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner on a full time permanent basis.

The successful Talent Acquisition Partner will own the end to end global recruitment strategy for the business covering the UK and EMEA functions. You will act as the subject matter expert and will provide expert advice on direct sourcing, candidate assessment initiatives and talent pipe lining. You will have worked within the industry or very similar and be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of how to build a robust recruitment process. Experience of Front office recruitment is necessary for this appointment. Other responsibilities will include:

• Management and execution of all firm wide recruitment and on-boarding globally to cover Front Office and Corporate Functions

• Work closely with COO to understand current and future resourcing needs and to provide updates on recruitment volumes and ‘Trader Pipeline'

• Work closely with Department Heads and Hiring Managers to best support them in their 360 recruitment

• Ensure that all recruitment is managed in a cost effective and professional manner, being mindful of the preference to direct source where possible

• Implement innovative ways to streamline current recruitment processes

• Identify and develop competitive talent attraction solutions

• Conduct HR interviews with all candidates pre offer

• Offer Management, including negotiation of complex buy-outs and preparation of offer paperwork

• Advise on immigration requirements and manage any visa processes as required

• Develop sourcing strategies aimed at creating talent pipelines

• Create global PSL with standardised commercials across perm and contract provides

• Implement standard ‘New Hire' and ‘Offer' approval flows

• Develop recruitment & on-boarding process flow and ensure understood by key stakeholders

• Oversight of background screening process

• Management of ATS, Workable and ensure always fully up to date

• Management of any intern or graduate program as may be required

• Provide compensation data for bench marking purposes

• Work collaboratively with broader HR team

• Management and execution of global recruitment projects
