Recruitment Lead- Executive hire
Circa £80,000 per annum plus discretionary bonus
My client, a global services firm, are looking to appoint an experienced Recruitment Lead who can support with Executive/Senior Partner hires across EMEA & APAC regions, undertaking complex hires with a very high touch approach. The ideal candidate will hail from a professional services/corporate white collar background such as; Legal, Accountancy, Management consultancies, Financial Services etc.
Joining a global HR function across the UK & USA, the post-holder will have an operational and tactful focus on experienced hiring i.e. Senior Management Director level (£250,000-£500,000). Given the unique nature of these roles the post-holder will act as an intermediary between internal stakeholders and their networks whilst also developing a larger network externally. The successful post-holder will have a subtle yet robust process to talent mapping, researching industry trends whilst adopting a high touch approach to both active and passive candidates.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Candidates must be able to showcase extensive experience of working within Professional services on their CV- If you do not have this, your application will be unsuccessful.
• Exposure to Global hiring- specifically Asia AND/OR Middle East.
• Experienced record of success hiring very niche roles, senior roles etc- equivalent to Partner hiring in a traditional Professional services firm.
• Candidates will be able to build authentic relationships at all levels- specifically board members.
• Expertise in talent mapping and delivering an operational process
