Interim HR Business Partner (6 months)

£45,000 - £50,000

A leading FMCG business is seeking an interim HR Business Partner to join for an initial period of 6 months.

The business is in the midst of going through an exciting period change, a key component of which is introducing a robust and fit-for-purpose Business Partnering model to wholly benefit the entire organisation.

It has become apparent that the business needs the support of a capable, commercially focussed and driven HR Business Partner to assist with this journey. Certain aspects of the change project have taken place, with more to come, and the expectation of the incoming HR Business is to:

Hit the ground running;

Have the gumption to make decisions and not need to be handheld;

Impart the behaviours of a true HR Business Partner, educating Managers so they can understand the benefit of this new model;

Engage with the wider workforce in order to educate them about this change (and encourage support/buy-in to the new way of working!);

Take ownership of aspects of the change i.e. review and amend policies, consultations with staff, improve internal communications, roll out a newly created talent and performance process etc.

Deal with BAU HR issues!

To be considered for this role you will have:

Worked as a HR Business Partner previously, knowing what best in class looks like, and delivering it within this organisation;

The understanding of how to drive things forward, delivering the new model within a historically traditional business;

The satisfaction of getting your hands dirty!;

The ability to work at pace.

If this opportunity is of interest please send your CV through to Matt Greenberg at quoting job reference 480104747. Alternatively Matt can be contacted on 0121 450 5030 for further information.
