Reward Analyst (12 month FTC)

Location: London (City – Liverpool St)

Salary: £50-60k + benefits

Our client is a leading Professional Services firm looking to hire a Reward Analyst (12 month FTC – potentially permanent) for the London office (City - Liverpool St).

Reporting into the Head of Reward, you would be responsible for supporting and managing all projects in relation to the groups reward strategy. Working closely with and advising the senior leadership team across the firm this includes short and long term incentive schemes, salary and bonus benchmarking, benefits management and annual compensation (salary and bonus) review.

This is an opportunity to play a leading role in helping to review and reshape the reward strategy for a business. Working closely with the Head of Reward you will be responsible for providing expertise and advice on all compensation related issues to HR and senior management. This includes compensation reviews, advisory, regulatory, incentive schemes and benefits administration.

Essentially suitable candidates will have an understanding of reward agenda (salary, bonus, benefits) and regulatory framework and its relationship with business success, within a financial services / professional services environment. Candidates should also have excellent communication skills, can present to, and interact with, varying stakeholders. You will be able to embrace opportunities to develop and learn. Practically you will have advanced excel skills and constantly seeking to develop relevant technical knowledge.
