A leading manufacturing business is seeking a Resourcing Manager to take ownership of the existing recruitment function, design and implement a brand new strategy, and proactively make changes to and improve the existing service offering to the business.
As a leading employer within the region, the business feels that now is the time to identify and implement improvements within the function which will cover every stage of the recruitment process. The end goal is not only to elevate the business as an employer of choice within the area, but to also ensure hiring the right calibre of staff happens in the first instance, as well as increasing staff retention.
To be considered for this role you will:
Be an experienced in house recruiter (having operated within a blue collar environment) OR a HR Generalist with a real passion for recruitment and talent acquisition;
Be commercially focused, with experience of improving cost per hire;
Have experience of streamlining recruitment processes;
Be resilient, having the ability to alter your communication style depending on the stakeholder;
Have hands on recruitment experience, be comfortable leading an inexperienced recruitment team and enjoy getting your hands dirty!
